We had a group of 12 including children all under 9 years old. The house has a fabulous lay out with heaps of sleeping space. The yard had space for the kids to run themselves ragged and the lake access is a short and very comfortable walk away. The group spaces are great with tons of room, well stocked with everything we could need. We had an amazing time and would recommend this place if you want a private quiet home away from home to stay and enjoy the rest and relaxation.

This little unit was perfect for our family of 4 getaway. Had everything you need to make yourself at home, perfect location with a coffee shop and a little IGA across the road. Kids loved the swimming pool in the resort too. It has a shallow end and little water slide which is perfect for little ones. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Barry!

Lovely modern property and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and the house was lovely and warm. Enjoyed the spa and views of the mountain. Easy walk into Ohakune which has a good little supermarket and plenty of cafes and takeaways.

The location is great for Ohakune and the mountain area. The property is huge so a great place for seven people. Having the two bathroom was good for our situation. The view of Mt Ruapehu from the upper level was a great surprise. Kitchen was well set out and fitted our purposes perfectly.

We thought the place was better than the photos, nice and clean was warm upstairs had everything we need with beautiful view of mountain, would definitely stay again next time we have a chance to get back down on mountain.

We brought 5 families and stayed in 2 houses. The houses were spacious and the beds were all super comfy. Lots of sleeping options and the kids loved the spa! Excellent hosts and beautiful properties.
