We had a wonderful 3 nights at Barry’s place. The unit is spacious and well located. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t need to use it for the 3 days. The unit is on the beach with a fab pool in the complex with walking paths in both directions. Accross the road from groceries, bottlo, chemist and cafes made for a hassle free break. Total relaxation! Barry communicated well and the whole process of checkin and out was seamless. Feeling very chill! Thank you Barry 🙏

We loved our stay in Golden Beach. We travelled with two toddlers and the place was great! Awesome location so close to beautiful walks, lovely cafes and a great pool. They place was had everything thing we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The host's went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

We thought the place was better than the photos, nice and clean was warm upstairs had everything we need with beautiful view of mountain, would definitely stay again next time we have a chance to get back down on mountain.

Everything we needed for our stay was there. Complete facilities with spa and bbq. There were also several heat pumps which made our whole stay very comfortable. Toys for the kids are available which was great! The host was very responsive also. Parking space was big enough for atleast 3 big cars. And the view of Mt. Ruapehu was awesome! The only issue for us being a big group was having only 2 bathrooms. It was quite tricky and some had to wake up very early to take a shower. The instructions were quite strict but understandably so.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, amazing ocean views and easy access to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with everything we needed. Communications with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay here again.

Barry was a super host answering all our queries without any delay. Clear and detailed information was relayed before, during and after the stay. Loved the place, was quiet, clean, warm, spacious with perfect blend of amenities required for the stay. The sky looked amazing from this locations, no wonder we spent half a night soaking in the spa and gazing stars. Highly recommended!

We brought 5 families and stayed in 2 houses. The houses were spacious and the beds were all super comfy. Lots of sleeping options and the kids loved the spa! Excellent hosts and beautiful properties.

Barry’s place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. Shops within walking distance, the beach right across the road. The unit was spacious, clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back, thank you!
